"The owner is the epitome of unprofessionalism. If the work isn’t done (which is often the case), she simply stops answering calls. Despite charging high-end prices, their service is absolutely third-class. They completely ruined my engagement blouse, which only needed a simple alteration. It took them 10 days to alter two blouses—one was left untouched, and the other was ruined beyond repair. To make matters worse, the owner was nowhere to be found, leaving the tailor to give me ridiculous excuses. He even suggested that I wear the ill-fitted blouse and “just avoid moving my arms too much.” Can you believe that? If you value your time, money, and your clothes, stay far away from this place. Worst experience of my life."
